Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead workforce planning initiatives for a large complex organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap to adopt contemporary ways of working.
  • Design and implement strategies to foster a culture of collaboration and adaptability across teams during transformation processes.
  • Lead development of change responses, training, and business readiness activities relating to new business processes and system changes.
  • Provide strategic advice on organizational change management, performance management, and implementation of approved change management activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to assess and manage change impacts and prepare the organization for change.
Technical Skills, Abilities and Cultural Capability Required:
  • Aligns change delivery with strategic priorities and works within organizational constraints to deliver a pragmatic approach.
  • Works on multiple projects simultaneously and adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Ensures effective stakeholder engagement via good practice relationship and engagement practices.
  • Good knowledge of project and workforce management methodologies, preferably Agile and hybrid approaches.
  • Working knowledge of change management and workforce concepts and processes.
