We're looking for state-based broker-facing business development managers who can bring this promise to life in our state broker network. These dedicated individuals will be responsible for working closely with our Loan Market & Partner broker network to drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving marketing activation/subscriptions of our marketing platforms and services
  • Ensuring a strong brand presence in every suburb we operate through collaborative in-community marketing efforts and compliance
  • Becoming the Loan Market brand 'evangelist' for the state
  • Presenting at state events to educate brokers on how to find and keep clients
  • Showcasing our marketing proposition to broker prospects as required
  • Working with Ray White offices to implement the digital lead toolkit
  • Managing broker marketing requests for the state

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team, state broker success team, state leader, and recruitment team to implement our marketing strategy with excellence.

To Succeed in This Role:

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional with a passion for driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a small business or the finance/broking industry
  • A marketing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and referral marketing best practices
  • Technically savvy and able to adopt/learn new platforms and martech programs quickly

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience
