We are seeking a Land Programs Manager to manage our pre-cruise and post-cruise extensions, overseeing the development and delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of tour coordinators to ensure smooth program execution.">
  • Source and develop new products, prepare proposals and negotiate with clients.">
  • Coordinate with clients, onboard teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality programs.">
  • Attend cruise ship calls, embarkation/disembarkation and hotels to oversee ground operations.">
  • Manage presales, waitlists, sales data and contractual obligations.">
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key partners.">

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a tertiary qualification in tourism or a related field, with a minimum 2 years' relevant experience.

Strong skills in logistical management, product development and relationship building are essential.

A proven track record in delivering successful land programs and excellent communication skills are required.
