Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Land Programs Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and taking ownership of the land programme area of the business and developing your team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing company operating in one of the world's fastest growing tourism sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Land Programme Coordinators to achieve business objectives.
  • Source and develop new product proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate with clients and onboard teams to deliver contracted programs, meeting contractual obligations.
  • Oversee ground operations, including managing tour leaders, coaches and suppliers, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage presales and waitlists from cruise line partners, updating port partners on sales performance.
  • Ensure all services are booked and delivered to meet contractual obligations, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in tourism or related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the travel industry, showcasing expertise in logistical or operational service delivery.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian ports and cities, enabling effective navigation of the local market.
  • Experience providing logistical or operational service within cruise or tourism, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong administrative skills, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
