Delivering exceptional support to customers is crucial for our organization's success. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for Mid Market/Enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for customers
- Strategically consulting with customers to devise revenue-increasing strategies
- Using creative problem solving to help customers reach their business goals
- Building strong relationships with customers to drive executive stakeholder alignment
- Communicating thoughtfully to provide answers to technical and non-technical end users
- Ensuring customer sentiment is strong and advocating for your customers internally
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
About This Role
This role involves partnering with Mid Market brands using Klaviyo to drive revenue and growth. You'll find creative solutions to unique problems and apply these skills to solve customer issues.
You'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships with ~40 Mid Market/Enterprise customers, devising strategies to increase email and SMS revenue, and maximizing the value they get from Klaviyo.
