About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth and Development Professional to join our organization in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for strategically sourcing opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships, and delivering quality solutions.
  • You will manage regional sales performance, act as a sales representative when needed, and build a team with solid construction machinery industry experience.
  • You will visit end customers and agents, establish and maintain systematic customer files, and update them regularly.
  • You will identify and guide customers' procurement needs, passing demand information to the marketing team.
  • You will follow up on deal progress, analyze reasons for lost sales, and prepare analysis reports.
  • You will collect market and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry.
  • You are familiar with the local market and existing client resources.
  • You have 3+ years of team management experience.
  • You have experience with agent management, customer visits, and market analysis.
  • You possess good communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork.
