About the Role:
">- As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for cultivating revenue expansion and enhancing operational excellence with existing clients. In this role, you will develop close relationships with current customers in the mid-market segment.
This position is ideal for sales professionals with a hunter mindset and excellent relationship and account management skills.
">The Impact You'll Have:
">- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business priorities, competitive edge in the marketplace, industry trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate a book of business, identify expansion opportunities, and drive growth across multiple lines of business, products, and services to exceed revenue goals.
- Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and owning the discussion with the client.
- Build, enhance, and implement long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level, ensuring exceptional experiences with our business solutions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to illustrate adoption and drive opportunities for partnership expansion and increased spend.
The Experience You'll Bring:
">- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role as an Account Manager or Account Executive with a focus on revenue growth within a book of business.
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales quotas based on revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, and Google Suite.
- Strong prioritization skills: able to manage time effectively, prioritize high-value clients, and work with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.
