We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building strong referral networks and relationships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and management roles, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care or disability services. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate new client leads and convert enquiries, as well as building strong relationships with referrers, community groups, and aged care networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including referrers, community groups, and aged care networks.
- Analyse sales data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Represent our organisation at local networking events and industry functions to promote our brand and services.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or management roles.
- Proven experience in aged care or disability services.
- A strong sales mindset and track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – confident on the phone and in person.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.
- Current National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card.
- Full Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- Permanent right to work in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience using aged care software (e.g. Visual Care) and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS framework.
