Strategic Capacity and Capability Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Capacity and Capability Professional to join our Enablement Risk team.

About The Role:
  • This involves developing and executing a comprehensive capacity and capability plan in collaboration with workstream owners.

Day To Day You'll:

  • Develop and implement strategic resource planning and allocation frameworks.
  • Lead capability uplift initiatives through coaching, training, and performance support.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify future workforce needs and skill gaps.
  • Monitor and report on capability metrics and workforce performance indicators.
  • Design and deliver a dynamic capacity and capability plan aligned with program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective planning, prioritising and working with multiple and/or competing activities to achieve outcomes within expected timeframes.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, capability development or organisational strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies.
  • Ability to contribute to and lead large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives.
