About the Role
  • Oversee internal operational processes and ensure consistency across the team.
  • Coach and support junior and developing Body Corporate Managers.
  • Help structure portfolios to match skill levels and client needs.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
