Empowering Lives Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently and enjoy a full and rewarding life.
Our mission is to provide compassionate and empathetic support to those in need, and we believe that every individual deserves to live with dignity and independence.
In this role, you will work independently with consumers in their own homes, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing home care support plans, managing time effectively, and adapting to changing circumstances.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 12 months experience
- Experience implementing home care support plans
- Skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning and organising your own work and adapting to change
- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
- Confidence with a smartphone or tablet or ability to learn
- Availability Monday to Sunday
- Current driver's licence
- National police check or willingness to obtain one
