We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to contribute to our mission of improving quality of life outcomes for people with a disability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the Disability sector.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be the point of contact for clients and employees out of business hours and have exposure across all aspects of our operations.

  • Responding to inbound calls, addressing initial queries and referring to relevant regions while providing exceptional client service.
  • Maintaining accurate logs of calls received and case notes.
  • Liaising with clients and employees regarding emergency shift changes or incidents in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assisting in maintaining Quality records, files, registers, and databases, as well as forms and templates.
