Service Delivery Specialist - Regulatory Compliance
">This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring that partners, members, and employers receive the expected level of service by proactively resolving issues, driving change, and maintaining regulatory-compliant communications.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable project plans, managing compliance correspondence like annual and exit statements, and leading initiatives to enhance operational maturity and stakeholder engagement.
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven background as a Business Analyst (or similar role) who has hands-on experience navigating business complexity and project interdependence in this domain within the superannuation industry sector.
">The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical and technical skills, including data analysis and troubleshooting, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
">In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, be able to translate complex requirements into clear and concise language, and have effective stakeholder and risk management across multiple projects.
