Job Summary

The Engineering Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering Department. This role involves coordinating with staff from other departments and external contractors and suppliers, preparing accurate purchase orders, and maintaining departmental stationery supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Chief Engineer or delegate.
  • Collaborate with the entire Engineering Department.
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments and external contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare accurate purchase orders with correct descriptions and ledger codes.
  • Dispatch maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Communicate with resort departments regarding work completion and arrivals of materials.
  • Maintain departmental stationery supplies.
  • File documentation systematically.
  • Assist with End of Month reporting for the Chief Engineer.
  • Identify and report areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative and/or finance experience is essential.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
