Regional Operations Coordinator

The Regional Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions and processes within the region.
This includes logistics, regional reporting, communication procedures for safety, asset management, fleet management, and accommodation. Additionally, this role manages the administration and onboarding of volunteers engaged in the regional program.
The Regional Administration Manager serves as a centralised point of contact for all regional field-facing activities in the Kimberley region.
Key Responsibilities- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, including prioritising and executing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent people management skills, including leading, recruiting, developing, managing, and coordinating remote teams of staff, rangers, contractors, and volunteers.
- Good relationship-building, collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders, including colleagues, Indigenous partners, communities, pastoralists, Government agencies, scientific communities, and other conservation organisations.
- Infrastructure and Asset Management: demonstrated knowledge and experience delivering asset management, including reporting, tracking, and maintaining accurate records of assets; scheduling routine maintenance and repairs of assets; supervising fleet management; and financial management.
