Job Title

A collaborative and proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is required to join our team as an Engagement Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting key stakeholders and their teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong customer service support to client-facing staff within the Tax & Legal division.
  • Lead the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements.
  • Manage the intake, processing, and distribution of physical ATO correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal teams or clients.
  • Prepare engagement letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with client teams to manage the full lifecycle of client engagements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills gained in an administration, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service.
  • Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills gained in a high-volume environment with competing demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
