Residential Customer Service Leadership Opportunity

The role of Residential Customer Service Team Manager is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader to join our team. You will be part of the site's leadership team, working collaboratively to support our on-site team and foster a positive and high-performing culture.

This role requires effective leadership abilities, clear and approachable communication, and familiarity with customer service principles. Skilled negotiation and innovative thinking are also essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and coaching your team for improved performance and succession planning. This involves supervising a medium to large team, collaborating with team leaders to meet organisational needs, and managing team performance to achieve targets.

As a Residential Customer Service Team Manager, you will contribute to enhancing regular procedures and support systems, and follow Aussie Broadband's policy to escalate customer complaints.

You will also coordinate daily operations with Team Leaders & Aussie Experts, including scheduling and managing leave approvals.
