Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:

Our client is a reputable property owner with an impressive portfolio and a reputation as an employer of choice. Their workplace culture is known for being professional, collaborative, and supportive.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact at a busy shopping centre, providing reception and administrative support to the centre management team.

This is a front-facing role where you'll need to bring excellent communication skills, polished presentation, and ideally some exposure to the property sector. Just as importantly, a positive attitude, approachable manner, and good sense of humour will help you thrive in this environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, retailers, and customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service
  • Manage incoming calls and messages
  • Maintain and update registers associated with the shopping centre
  • Coordinate with contractors and oversee induction processes prior to commencement of works
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager including raising invoices, rent collection, and reconciliations
  • Keep Public Liability documentation current
  • Prepare meeting minutes when required
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Arrange and oversee meeting room bookings and set-ups
  • Manage stationery orders and general office supplies
  • Deliver broad administrative support to the centre management team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous reception and administration experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complaints and manage conflict effectively
  • Background in property is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • A friendly, professional approach and a proactive 'can-do' outlook
