Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team working on a large scale construction project in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including tenders and contracts
  • Ensure site supervisors are aware of project scope and tender packages
  • Prepare tender documentation for sub-contractors, including schedules and comparative analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress claims to Head Contract
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience working on commercial projects
  • Solid local experience working as a Project Coordinator
  • Proven ability to complete multiple projects from start to finish
  • Understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • A working knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
