Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee various construction projects. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Main Duties:

  • Coordinating project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Reviewing and approving project plans and documents
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including Architects, Designers, Site Supervisors, contractors
  • Managing contracts and estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Organizing paperwork, including invoice management and financial reporting
  • Procuring materials and services as needed
  • Reporting on project stages to clients
  • Resolving problems during the project life cycle

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Construction
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive approach and collaborative spirit
