About the Role:
  • Oversee construction of complex building projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet quality expectations.
  • Manage stakeholders including team members, clients, subcontractors, and other relevant personnel.
  • Establish working relationships with delivery partners to ensure scopes of work align with requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design management, procurement planning, and contract management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8+ years' experience in project coordination.
  • Formal qualifications in design, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience in construction and property and demonstrated experience in the Australian market.
  • Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
