
Sales Business Growth Leader

Paxus seeks an experienced Sales Business Growth Leader to drive business development and client growth in North Shore, AU. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic relationships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering high-value business solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to win and grow key enterprise accounts.
- Closed large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals.
- Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to design tailored solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Experience (CX).
- Stay up-to-date on market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
- Support leadership with strategic planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements.
- 15+ years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions or outsourcing.
- Strong understanding of F&A, HRO, SCM and CX processes, with the ability to match solutions to client needs.
- Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and executive-level communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday, plus knowledge of RPA/AI tools is highly regarded.
