Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth by overseeing country operations. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with finance and leadership teams to create accurate revenue forecasts and projections.

Responsibilities include facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new customers and vendors, ensuring compliance with organisational standards. You will work closely with sales and procurement teams to produce precise quotes & orders that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to support the creation of accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new customers and vendors.
  • Quote & Order Accuracy: Work with sales and procurement teams to produce precise quotes & orders.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, vendor management, supply chain management, or similar roles within technology or IT solutions industry.
  • Proficiency in order management systems, data reporting software, and other operational tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate global organisations and support global programs.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor and distributor processes and ability to manage complex workflows.
