Senior Enterprise Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and client relationships in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building strategic partnerships, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering high-value solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Lead business development and sales strategies to win and grow key accounts.
  • Identify and close large, complex deals that meet both client needs and organisational goals.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, establishing trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design tailored solutions across Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Customer Experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
  • Support leadership with strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years' experience in sales, business development or client leadership within enterprise solutions.
  • Solid understanding of finance, human resources, supply chain and customer experience processes.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and managing long sales cycles.
  • Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Workday is highly regarded.
  • Sydney-based, with flexibility to travel for key meetings and events.
