As a Spiritual Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the team to provide high-quality spiritual care that caters to individual resident needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Spiritual Care is delivered in a way that respects and acknowledges resident choices and preferences. This includes providing holistic care and connecting residents with their community.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering innovative approaches to spirituality, including activities, church services, devotions, memorial services, rituals, and celebrations.
  • Providing Spiritual Care resources to meet identified spiritual needs of residents, their families, and the team.
  • Ensuring residents are supported to prepare for end-of-life by reflecting on their life, contribution, worth, and legacy.

To succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to spirituality and a genuine heart for people. Relevant qualifications and experience in Pastoral ministry and/or Chaplaincy are highly desirable.
