What We Do:

  • Keep a watchful eye on each resident's condition and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life.
  • Manage care plans that support residents' holistic needs, providing respectful and tailored support that empowers their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A true passion for caring for others to deliver exceptional care that meets residents' needs.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care settings.
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of AN-ACC funding system attributes.
  • Leadership skills to effectively supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs.
