About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for providing proactive care that enriches the daily life of each resident, focusing on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Manage care plans to support residents' holistic needs, providing respectful and tailored support that empowers their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • The ability to build knowledge quickly, particularly in relation to the AN-ACC funding system attributes.
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
