We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinical leader to develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans in our aged care service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing sharp clinical assessment skills and taking the lead in providing high-quality clinical services is crucial for this role.
  • The successful candidate will form meaningful relationships with each resident, becoming an integral part of their life and supporting their physical, emotional and social needs.
  • This position requires strong critical thinking skills to ensure that care provided meets residents' individual goals and outcomes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with medical professionals, allied health experts and family members are essential for ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Superior leadership skills are required to supervise and support our team of Personal Care Workers.
  • In this role, you will practice nursing in a holistic way, making informed decisions to promote the health, well-being and quality of life of our residents.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a registered nurse in aged or community care, or a willingness to transition into this field if you have relevant nursing experience.
  • You must be adaptable, empathetic, resourceful and possess excellent time management skills.
  • Contemporary aged care nursing practice is a must, and we require commitment to evidence-based care.
  • A current nursing degree and AHPRA registration are essential qualifications for this role.
