Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base and enhance market presence.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of pre, intra, and post-workout beverages to meet client needs efficiently.
- Cooler Management: Ensure coolers are well-stocked and competing products are not present.
- Promotional Support: Assist in organizing and executing marketing and promotional events to boost brand visibility and product awareness.
- Reporting and Insights: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and promotional events to provide valuable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within sports nutrition or fitness beverage industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivation: Results-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
