About this Role

As a Quality Education Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our staff have the necessary education and ongoing development support to deliver high-quality care and services aligned with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and implementing an education framework for clinical and direct care staff to ensure compliance with industry requirements
  • Designing educational materials using various digital programs and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Supporting the administration of the Learning Management System to manage, monitor, and report on training activity and compliance with the education framework requirements
  • Leading the quality of educational content and training solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders to equip staff to perform their roles safely and effectively

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in developing course programs using various digital programs
  • Prior experience in a similar role or coordinating learning and development programs
  • Cert IV training and assessment/ relevant tertiary qualifications desirable
  • Career education and development qualifications or similar
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Substantial knowledge of aged care regulatory requirements
