Education & Quality Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate specialist to assist with the development, evaluation, and delivery of education and training programs for staff and volunteers.

This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality education and training activities that support our team's continuous improvement and exceptional care provision.

  • Evaluating and improving existing training programs.
  • Developing educational materials and resources.
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness.
  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality education and training activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A sound understanding of and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

Desirable Qualifications

Certificate IV in Aged Care or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, knowledge and experience in health, residential aged care, or community aged care, experience with computerised care programs.
