**Education & Quality Role Overview:**

This position oversees the delivery of high-quality care and education services to residents.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Developing and implementing best practice clinical care education in line with policy standards.
  • Liaising with management to identify areas for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities.
  • Fostering a culture of ongoing learning within the team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Current registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills are essential.
