About The Role

As a Quality & Clinical Education Consultant, you will :

Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and drive continuous improvement across our Residential ServicesProvide expert clinical guidance, develop resources, and deliver education programs to enhance care qualityCollaborate with site teams, conduct audits, and contribute to policy development and strategic projectsTravel occasionally to BaptistCare homes to provide onsite support and training

Join a collaborative Residential Services team committed to person-centred care, continuous improvement, and supporting aged care homes to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as Registered NurseCertificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modulesExperience in residential aged careProven experience and knowledge of accreditation / registration and quality frameworksDemonstrated experience in managing the implementation of a continuous improvement program at an organisation wide levelDemonstrated ability to create, plan, coordinate and deliver education and training activities with flexible delivery options in consultation with the are Development Unit, Learning & Development and Residential ManagersStrong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governanceExcellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel and work flexibly across site
