Job Overview

As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in managing category spend and strategic sourcing for capital and special projects. You will be responsible for establishing the category vision, developing and executing category plans with a focus on best practice, and leading the full sourcing process in partnership with corporate stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective category strategies to drive sustainable value to our customers
  • Manage and support the development and execution of category plans with a focus on best practice
  • Lead the full sourcing process, including vendor management and contract administration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including category managers, buyers, and suppliers
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement professional who can bring a creative approach to sourcing and negotiate effectively with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing & category management and commercial experience gained in large FMCG or Retail environments.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven procurement experience, preferably in category management and sourcing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing software, such as Ariba, and contract management tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple projects, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
