**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange travel.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management.
  • Handle petty cash, process invoices, and assist with budgeting.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is typically required, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other office management software.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is often required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to speak and write English fluently.
  • Able to type 45 to 75 words per minute.
