Job Title: Environmental Maintenance Specialist

Cleaners play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and other areas throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Regularly clean and disinfect resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and other areas throughout the facility.
  • Waste Management: Dispose of waste, including both regular trash and medical waste, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Infection Control: Follow strict infection control procedures, such as using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections.
  • Stocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning and hygiene supplies are adequately stocked and available for residents and staff.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys and consumables.
