Strategic Insights Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a research strategist to join our organization and work on diverse commercial challenges in a nurturing environment that values work-life balance.

As a Strategic Insights Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create clarity for businesses by understanding and representing the voice of the customer. This will enable them to make courageous decisions such as minimizing waste, delivering products that resonate, creating valuable community services, shaping compelling communication strategy and designing culturally relevant brands of tomorrow.

The ideal candidate will be confident in client conversations, able to understand problems and create strong relationships. They will also be skilled in project management, data analysis and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently participating in client conversations, understanding problems, and creating strong relationships.
  • Helping to create compelling proposals and research programs.
  • Designing research for pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research.
  • Analysing and synthesising data sets to uncover crucial consumer insights.
  • Producing regular reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action.

Requirements:

  • Previous market research agency experience - essential.
  • Experienced in quantitative survey design.
  • Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q.
  • An interest in qualitative research methods.
  • Possessing a passion for culture, behaviour and research technology.
