We are seeking a skilled Project Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Rhodes. This 12-month parental leave contract offers an exciting opportunity for professional development and growth within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and property development, with experience in digital marketing and social media. They will be responsible for assisting with the administration of planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all media, sales and marketing material is of high quality
  • Monitoring lead volumes and conversions, and providing monthly reports on enquiries/activity
  • Supporting the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing campaigns
  • Managing project websites and social media platforms, and listings websites
  • Coordinating EDM messaging and communications
  • Assisting with media, sales and marketing materials, and with sales releases
  • Coordinating CRM reporting, list extraction and administration
  • Monitoring marketing plans and creating a high-quality image for each project
  • Ensuring accuracy of advertising and their timely placement
  • Ensuring POS, merchandising material and sales support material is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner
  • Regularly visiting sales offices, and attending sales and marketing meetings

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications, and previous experience in a similar role preferably in property development or real estate.
