About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Sharon Bennie. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting our current marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and properties across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts.
  • Mentor junior marketing professionals and support PR strategies and communications for projects.
  • Manage budgets and invoices for project campaigns and coordinate asset production, such as aerials, renders, floor plans, and general marketing material.
  • Coordinate internal and external events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing management within property or real estate.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
