We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Rhodes, NSW.

This 12-month parental leave contract offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high-quality media, sales, and marketing materials
  • Monitoring lead volumes and conversions, providing monthly reports on enquiries/activity
  • Supporting the Project Marketing Manager in developing and executing campaigns
  • Managing project websites and social media platforms, and listings websites
  • Coordinating EDM messaging and communications
  • Assisting with media, sales, and marketing materials, and with sales releases
  • Coordinating CRM reporting, list extraction, and administration
  • Maintaining a high-quality image for each project through effective marketing plans

For this position, we anticipate a salary in the range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our competitive package includes additional purchased leave, flexible work policies, discounts at Frasers, and multiple health and wellbeing benefits.

To be considered, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property development or real estate, with digital marketing and social media expertise
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM principles
  • Advanced written communication skills, including copywriting and editing
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously
