About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in our Rhodes office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW Projects.

This role commences as a 12-month parental leave contract, providing a unique opportunity for professional development and growth within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all marketing materials are of high quality and align with brand standards.
  • Monitor lead volumes and conversions, providing regular reports on sales activity.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the Project Marketing Manager.
  • Manage project websites, social media platforms, and listings websites to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate email marketing communications and ensure timely placement of advertising.
  • Assist with media releases and sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor marketing plans and maintain a high-quality image for each project.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in property development or real estate, with digital marketing and social media skills.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM principles.
  • Advanced written communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
  • Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
