Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a challenging role in a dynamic property development company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Frasers Property Australia.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities across our NSW projects. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials are of high quality, monitoring lead volumes and conversions, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple projects
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, project managers, and external partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in property development or real estate
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
