About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a key customer service role.

The position requires providing a high standard of customer service while implementing regulatory functions effectively.

The role is predominantly responsible for ensuring certain controls are implemented under relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing regulations and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling difficult customers and animal care and control
  • Water meter reading and initial response to unhealthy land and illegal dumping requests
  • Investigations and evidence collection
  • Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, consultation, negotiation, and customer service excellence
  • Written communication skills, form completion, record maintenance, and investigative reports
  • Animal handling and unsupervised work experience
