We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a key customer service role.
The position requires providing a high standard of customer service while implementing regulatory functions effectively.
The role is predominantly responsible for ensuring certain controls are implemented under relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing regulations and providing exceptional customer service
- Handling difficult customers and animal care and control
- Water meter reading and initial response to unhealthy land and illegal dumping requests
- Investigations and evidence collection
- Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, consultation, negotiation, and customer service excellence
- Written communication skills, form completion, record maintenance, and investigative reports
- Animal handling and unsupervised work experience
