As a Graduate Valuer, you will gain extensive valuation expertise across NSW with flexible hybrid work and a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and assist with professional property and valuation information in accordance with legislation and policy.
- Participate in a 24-month graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations.
- Provide valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters.
- Gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.

Requirements:
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.
- Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time, and in accordance with relevant requirements.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application.
- Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute.
- Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
