Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a Customer Collaboration Manager role within our supply chain team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions that accelerate commercial success for the business and our customers.

Key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end supply chain from supply planning with customers to delivery of route to market, as well as managing and supporting internal and customer KPI delivery.

This includes creating supply chain value by developing a 12-month joint business plan, fostering collaboration, aligning business targets, and regularly reporting progress.

  • Develop and implement effective stock holding and demand collaboration strategies between us and our customers.
  • Manage key retailer metrics such as service level, delivery performance, promotional execution, collaborative forecasting, and inventory holdings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • At least 5 years of FMCG supply chain experience or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience leading and motivating a small team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
