Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with law firms on innovative legal technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of legal operations and technology, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Actionstep, Clio, Practice Evolve, Affinity, Unity.
  • Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Teamwork: willingness to work collaboratively with others.
  • Problem-solving: ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: flexibility to adjust to new conditions and challenges.
  • Attention to detail: precision and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Time management: efficiently managing one's time to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity: ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Work ethic: demonstrating dedication and commitment to the job.
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to interact positively with colleagues and clients.
  • 2+ years experience in a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist or similar role, ideally within the legal or legal tech sector.
