Enablement Expert

You'll play a key role in driving our vision to create the best health and wellbeing for Australia. We're looking for someone to design and support systems that help teams work together effectively.

As an Enablement Specialist, you'll be responsible for architecting core collaboration tools that power our 'System of Work'. This includes Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Miro.

Your goal will be to keep these tools optimised, secure, and reliable, while ensuring they're configured in ways that facilitate team collaboration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement system configurations that meet team needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Partner with vendors to evolve our tooling roadmap and deliver features that drive real value.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team performance.
  • Streamline value flows through clever automations and integrations.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience in administering Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center, along with Miro or similar tools. You'll need to be comfortable setting up permission models and configurations, as well as supporting teams to work securely and in line with best practice.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll need to translate technical detail into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
