Job Title: HSE Manager

The primary role of the HSE Manager is to oversee and direct the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of project-specific health, safety, and environmental systems.

  • Deliver expert guidance and support to site leadership and workforce on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Conduct comprehensive assurance activities to ensure overall compliance with health, safety, and environment systems.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability at all levels through training programs, toolbox talks, and visible field leadership.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain disciplined practices towards onboarding activities for employees and subcontractors alike.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, and industry standards.
  • Support reporting obligations including internal KPIs and client reports.
