The HSE Advisor role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Job Description

This position involves working closely with various teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize hazards and promote a positive safety culture across all site activities.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits, providing actionable recommendations to improve compliance and reduce risks.
  • Deliver comprehensive HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness and engagement in achieving safety objectives.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with large Australian-based builders (Tier 1 or 2) would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing EBA's effectively.
  • Substantial experience on projects valued at $100m and above.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HSE position within the construction industry.
