
Senior Customer Service Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership roles, preferably within the automotive, trade, or technical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster high performance, continuous improvement, and technical knowledge sharing among a team of customer service specialists.
- Manage employee lifecycles, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
- Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure complex technical inquiries are handled accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
- Experience developing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building with clients and internal staff.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
